Our Recruiting Process

Initial Briefing
After taking the time to fully understand the brief of our clients, and also what our candidates are looking for in their next move, we will discuss the relevant opportunities, and answer any questions you have at the outset. We will also discuss your deal breakers and your motivations for a move. After reading 5,000+ CV's during a decade of working in HR, we know what good looks like, so we also help candidates with updating their CV.

Interview Management
When you are selected for interview, we will be there to help prepare you. We will answer in advance of the interview any initial questions you might have about the role, the team, compensation, benefits and firm culture. We will actively seek interview feedback to pass on to you, as we know how important this is. We will be there to support you through to the second and third stage interviews, liaising with HR throughout, to help make your process as seamless as possible.

Offer Negotiation
Once you receive your offer we will arrange a call to discuss everything through with you, and be on call to answer any questions you may have. We will also discuss your notice period and your potential start date. This will be subject to background checks and a conflicts check process.

Onboarding & Integration
Effective onboarding in a law firm is crucial for integrating new hires and we will do everything we can to assist with your integration. We are happy to help facilitate introductions to help aid your integration into the firm. We will be there to assist with any questions you have during onboarding.
