Meet Our Founder
Vanessa Harvey founded HLS in 2026, after a decade of working within US law firms in London. With a solid career built in Legal Talent Acquisition, Honours degree in Law and the highest CIPD qualification (Chartered MCIPD) Vanessa is highly qualified, experienced and well networked in the industry.
Vanessa is passionate about sourcing legal talent and helping lawyers progress in their careers. Vanessa's experience includes recruiting lawyers at all levels from trainee to partner, across all practice areas, in the UK and internationally.
In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys art galleries, fashion, live music, football and spending quality time with her two children.
